Course Content

All of the units achieved can be ‘banked’. This means that if you want to take another qualification which
includes the same units you do not have to take them again.
Each unit has:
• a level – shows how difficult it is
• a credit value – one credit represents about 10 hours’ work
• a unit aim – explains what is covered in the unit
• learning outcomes – cover what you need to do (skills) or what you need to understand
(knowledge)
• assessment criteria – what you need to show (evidence)

This qualification must be assessed in line with the Skills for Care and
Development Assessment Principles.

Nothing more exciting happening here in terms of content, but just filling up the space to make it look, at least at first glance, a bit more representative of how this would look in a real-world application.
